Broker, Realtor, and President of Realty Connex, Suzen is a 3rd generation real estate company owner. Her diverse background in real estate spans over 25 years from new home sales, investment properties, and recognition as a muti million dollar producer in residential re sale.
Suzen was a pioneer in the development and sales of downtown San Diego properties. She was responsible for the purchase of the historic Louis Bank of Commerce building and overseeing it’s renovation. In 2003 Suzen purchased and helped design the current downtown R.C office located on India Street in the Little Italy district.
Suzen received her undergraduate degree in Michigan, and post graduate studies in real estate law back east as well. She has held R.E licenses in Michigan & Washington D.C before moving to California. Her Clients over the years have been as diversified as her real estate career, once having a U.S President look at an offer she wrote on behalf of a staff member.
